Hello Dennis Williams I think the previous posts about having high efficiency appliances and storage are huge value adds for a multifamily unit.I think partnering with local businesses to showcase a sense of community could be an interesting way to leverage the common areas, such as fruit markets, coffee tastings, or other communal activities.

I can bring value to your business by: answering leads from advertising; showcasing properties and handling tenants' issues; sweeping/cleaning; or even (immaculately) handwriting direct mail letters...

Member Planet: not HOA-specific per se, but like Wild Apricot offers a ton of functionality in the free tier with compromise that they're showcased in a rather overwhelming and dated "kitchen sink" interface that's not mobile friends and a steep learning curve to get off the ground.

We're looking for a good templated solution to showcase a comp analysis on market rents to an investor. 

Doing so, you could then also split the "FT" off on its own for some things like Letterhead or T-shirts/merchandise where you don't need the full name but just want some cohesive branding. 

If nothing else it is more definite and more reliable than any response you would get from Craigslist.I did this myself using realtor.com and several other websites that showcase rental homes.
