We live in an instant-gratification culture and the truth is that to make a good living in real estate you just need to be consistent with strategic, proven actions.

The downside of all cash is that it makes it more difficult to accumulate wealth in a instant gratification kind of way that we are all used to.

I've been drawn to real estate my whole life, but school, career, and the high price of entry in OC have kept me on the side-lines.I love the opportunity for lifestyle freedom that real estate can provide, along with the gratification of having something tangible to show for hard work done well.

I thought both of these perspectives were super helpful for the young, instant gratification type folk that we (including myself) are.
