My question would be do you have experience rehabbing, do you have your material list, do you know contractors and subs, are you familiar with the process and sequence, do you have time to monitor your contractors, do you have money to fund the project or know someone you can and do you know a good realtor to list your property.If the answer to all of these questions isn't yes than I recommend you wholesale the property and keep it moving.
