Nope, I'm not a scientist, but I am fairly certain no good news will ever be published about living under power lines.

I don't feel that the question was answered :/ If the finest twenty first century scientists can't answer the question of which came first, how can we?

.~ Hedge funds are dying to buy this software, but he won't let them.Clothier claims that the creator of the software is (literally) a rocket scientist, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out there aren't "millions" of houses in the United States that are vacant without being distressed.  

No sense in tying up your capital and having to pay into the property on top of that.Disclaimer: I'm newbie investor but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to do basic arithmetic.  

Fifteen years ago if you asked most computer scientists if they thought you could automate driving a car they would have said "not for a very long time".

And although I don't believe you would have to be a rocket scientist do do a proper application(s), I do believe there are certain tricks of the trade that you may know learn from the internet.

There are literally rocket scientists that work 80hrs per week in an attempt to beat the market and can't do it.
