The auction is only a mile from my house and has some good restaurants nearby.

Also while BP pivoted well, the restaurants could not.  

FYI, Leadsherpa SMS is shut down and they do not have a timeline for the return.

A guy I know opened a restaurant and got numerous bad reviews back to back.

I would address these issues people are having and even explore starting fresh with a new listing. 3) I would find something local to offer by partnering with a local business to give a discount for maybe something like jet ski rentals, restaurants, etc. 

Ideally, I would rent a room++/unit while I am there and rent the place while I am away (May-Nov).My lifestyle: I work at an on-mountain restaurant in Aspen during the winter and I travel around the US to different places to live and work during the off-season (May-Nov).

My spouse and I didn’t learn our lesson here and took on a second partner in a real estate/restaurant operation and ended up again having to have legal action to sever the partnership when it failed.

Pays power but water /sewer are unpaid for 2 years & accruing in my name & they won’t shut off water to an “occupied” house.
