I think you would be wise to sell and use the VA loan for your new home.

We are trying to think of all our options for a rehab loan.

It's because they think there is some "secret formula" to success. 

It ain't ever gonna go perfect but if you've got someone shooting you straight I think you'll be fine.

I could be wrong, but I don't think the economy supports those numbers.

I think the idea of starting fresh financially, as soon as possible, would eliminate a lot of stress.
