No need to hire a mathematician or engineer just to regurgitate answers.People are having to take more responsibility for creating meaning out of our lives than ever before, and that can be a terrifying prospect if one isn't willing to invest the effort. 

Lot's of posers who don't actually own anything or have any experience just regurgitating what they read on here and passing on misinformation...It's really rare you find someone that actually has a clue what they are talking about here, in fact BP has become the laughing stock of Reddit and MMM forums. 

For someone who did not bother to read my profile and inquiry form this is Red Flag number #2.....regardless they are just regurgitating all the same real estate information that is out there and re-packaging it to sell "Education" as they don't offer much value of anything else if you have any real estate experience at all you can do on your own 

Even if you have a worse case scenario of HVAC failure and they do cover an HVAC, your tenant is without AC for weeks, you are on the phone with warranty company and contractor for hours (mostly on hold regurgitating the same story over and over again)your still out the $600 annual payment (probably several years wort), your paying the $500-600 for the “uncovered” Freon, and the headache of it all.

I am not a CPA but have been advised by my CPA for many decades and am regurgitating said info to you.

The owner explained this in detail, the head property where the well is located is where the owners reside (with 3 mobile homes), but I must admit that I can't regurgitate the information (probably not a good sign).  

To regurgitate again, I did not state wholesaling is illegal (ever).

Then you have the Gurus that just regurgitate what ever is happening in the current market conditions we see a bunch of those and they are the ones with very poor reps..

As I read more I realize this and my guess is that others will too.This thread has many undertones that have spilled over from other threads and my point was mainly to try to highlight incorrect information from other posters that regurgitate sound bites from idiots on TV.
