Also, tax liens are refreshed every year only once a year, do you try and purchase as many as you can when they are first released or is there a way you are constantly purchasing them year round and still maintaining the quality in the property/lien?

It's refreshing and I've learned so much in the past month.  

Again, the support is critical but I am not exactly new to this, just need refreshers :-)
