Yeah I think the moral of the story is that most people would prefer to rent a home/cabin.

By the time you do that 4-5 times you should be able to have a paid off home or excess funds to invest in other assets.

The asset was sold a couple years later and the operator gave all investors the option to exchange into a new acquisition or liquidate.
