I think that if there is one good thing that came out of the law, it was the pre-existing condition language.

We already have a pre-existing relationship with this specific group of investors, but plan to start meeting with new investors in the near future, which is what prompted my question about what presentation points have been effective when talking with new potential investors.Thanks again.Kevin

We are not the charity, we use pre-existing charities (rugby teams, churches, outreach programs, to name a few) in our transactions.

No inventory for pre-existing homes, and construction prices have jumped up to crazy levels.. especially with covid.

When I rolled my TSP(military version on 401K) into my pre-existing ROTH I just claimed the amount as income and paid the taxes so the rollover itself went 100% to my ROTH.Sorry if I missed that above and you already stated why you have to distribute the funds.
