Zillow is not ideal because this is a monthly furnished rental - which Zillow doesn't have a specific platform for - but that's what has worked for me up to now. 

Do we have trusted advisors, brokers or community bankers within this platform who would like to work on this?

If we join is there a platform to present the deals to the members?

BTW there is a free trial and the Starter monthly plan is $119.It also allows you to search through consumer information such as property owner "credit worthiness," Credit card usage, buying power, age, language, family members in the house, and many other fields that are above and beyond property characteristics, which is unique.

Then, with what they don't cash out, they can put into a centralized lending platform, and earn up to 8%.

Was it via docusign or some other online signing platform? 

Again, this is with commercial/investment property; owner occupied or consumer loans may have legal issues rendering this technique non applicable.  

I am with Nabers and would prefer to move to a platform that provides robust book keeping and filing services. 

And second question, do you have any PM platform that you would recommend?
