I like the sub 250k ARV properties so they appeal to the mass public.im learning the area north of addison to plano east, north to frisco-little elm and trying to stay in that area.  

I own rentals from Plano to Roanoke to Cleburne and all areas in between and would not have it any other way. 

Does anyone know of a title company in the DFW, preferably the Plano area that does double closings?
