If I invest in notes, I will occasionally have to buy a $1000+ plane ticket to "get it done"? 

Do to this fact I have to keep a full supply of tools and material in storage units in each area I flip so when the subs decide not to show up anymore I can jump on a plane and go finish the project.I wish you great success.

@JT Crownover  the reason for my list was an exercise in where one can buy houses under 10k in the US and those are the easiest for someone who has limited backing or capital can actually wholesaleit does come down to the greater fool theory though.. and I am certainly aware of West Jackson I had my Plane Hangered at Hawkins field and would drive through W Jac to get to it ... :)  felt odd driving through a neighborhood that I could buy a house for the same price it would cost me to fill my tanks with Avgas ..

More than willing to hop on a plane to scout properties and meet with brokers/PMs. 

Best guess if we were a plane flight away and not a fairly short drive, there would be less demand from groups of 15-25 or so people. 

One of the biggest reasons I want to invest in my native west Philadelphia Area is I know where UPenn and Drexel are planing to build and how that effects the homes in the area.
