I have serious doubts that the company officers have maintained their fiduciary duty to RAD's investors in many of these related-party transactions. 

He will just spend your money partying in exotic locations to show off on social media for people he cares nothing about.

A contract is just an agreement between parties.

Its purpose is to bring together possible residents with possible landlords, so that these parties can begin a negotiation.

It's a bit overdone for me and feels like investing there is late to the party.

@Jamie BanksI understand there are multiple parties: 1) displaced insurance policy holder (tenants)  2) ALE 3) The company that supplies all the furniture and install the washer and dryer.

I did have one near downtown that I sold as that crowd was a pain, lots of parties and difficult guests.

For new builds, get a third party inspection.
