I read some feed you, and you look as if you're actively partaking in the investing I so hope to move into.

In my experience, there’s always a story and sometimes the details in the deal are much different than one would imagine.What I see: someone who endured 12 months of anticipation, anger, humility, learning, letdown, stress, joy, and most importantly a mother flipping desire to take control of every facet of every transaction I will partake in in the near future.I’m emotionally exhausted thinking about what transpired over the previous 12 months.

Specifically in Stockton during 2020, we saw median home prices for sold units rise 15.5% YOY so you can also continue to get your high cash flow as well as partake in the appreciation of the Stockton market.

I live in Maryland and my vacation rental is in Florida a state where many insurance companies may not care to partake in. 

I would begin joining local meetups such as RIAs in your area (you google them), BP meetups and setting your keyword alerts up right here on BP so you can partake in conversations which will connect you to people you want to meet.

@Brian Gibbons I would do that, but my parents have already said that they do not want to partake in any risk associated with what I do.

(Which I feel is my best bet in my current situation) or to partake in a buy and hold with a partner.
