This way the broker can search hundreds of lenders (Including Easy Street Capital) instead of just hoping that one lender can get you a good deal.A direct lender can work very well for Conventional loans, but if you were hoping to get a good deal I would look elsewhere Or you could search for hundreds of lenders here on BP or online yourself and avoid paying broker fees..

Spend at least 2 hours per day researching online about your desired investment strategies.

I think there is enough information online that another course isn't going to move the needle on getting involved with a MF property or not.

Now I found one that specializes in real estate investors that was recommended by an online mentor.

I attended the RALA 3-day training in Phoenix and took a couple of online courses as well, and while I found these courses to be very valuable in helping get a clearer understanding of the space and what it might take to be successful, I eventually I found it most beneficial to bring in a partner/advisor who has built residential assisted living facilities here in Texas and has been running them successfully.

Sometimes these types of deals require that you purchase a software to help search for lots,so we'll see.Most of the time,established people in industry are not going to come online and scam people,why would they ruin their own business in the offline arena?

I too, have looked seriously into the many, many, online Real Estate Guru’s that are offering one on one training.

Also go online to loopnet and crexi and look up similar properties to lease.  

Use online tools like Rent Savvy, Avail, Rent Redi, Apartment.com, Angie, Thumstack.... to manage yourself and learn.
