I would like to build a duplex on it for long term rental income.

I am currently working on phase 2; building 2 ADUs.The permits are already in the works but the biggest question is what is the best approach when funding these 2 ADUs BEFORE I have the equity from my home?

So, I don't think they would be able to stay.There is currently no loan on the property. 

I definitely wouldn't sign a purchase agreement before seeing the property.

There was even one exceptionally kind Bigger Pockets member that seemed to know a lot about health and physical activity that we even chatted on the phone afterwards and he gave me some good pointers.  

We talked about opening the meetups to the general public, and not just BP members to get more people. let me know what topics you'd like to get more expertise on, and I'll line up some people to come so we can pick their brains.
