What methods do other private money lenders use to pass along servicing fees to the investors involved?

Personally I think Josh himself is innocent but the company definitely is involved in shady and deceptive business practices.

I've seen buyers leave $500k on the table and tell their friends they got a good deal by not having an agent involved. 

I've heard that about the algorithm and changing your listings but didn't know about getting so closely involved with Airbnb + VRBO.

It's just not a subclass I want to be involved in, but perhaps you can make it work for you! 

I think investors need to have the correct expectation going in or they will be disappointed regardless of who is involved.

It’s also important to consider if the work involved aligns with your lifestyle and goals.

Since joining this club I have a new attitude at work and have received a promotion every year since I have been involved and closed some deals on the side.
