This is nuts!

I spent the past month reaching out to 300 former note investors and less than 10% are still in the game because they found it too difficult and not worth the time of effort.Throw on that the NPL space is a $300B industry as well and there is plenty to go around note bizz is another tough nut to crack..

I do hope that some of my experiences – fruitful and not so – are somewhat helpful particularly for newbie investors and experienced investor’s comments and ideas are very welcomed and I need to find what is next for me in real estate investing. 

LOLWell...if I was a local  turnkey soup-to-nuts provider here in Pgh I would definitely hold on to the sweetest deals I found for my own portfolio and only market my secondary options.

It covered every strategy known to investors from nuts to soup at least the theory. 

The answer of course in no.This drives me NUTS for a variety of reasons. 1.

My contractor helps me with some of the more difficult parts of being a landlord like evictions and notices to pay but if I asked him to go to every showing with me he’d tell me I was nuts.

We are finding that working with individuals in pre-foreclosure has been fruitful and there are so many people that have 40% equity or more.
