For that reason you can expect the residents to live in basic proximity to:- Childhood friends- HS friends- HS teachers- Nuclear family- Extended family- A litany of other people who have been in their lives for a long time who got their license and can make an easy buck or two helping their “friends” buy and sell RE.As a contrast, a city like Nashville, TN has experienced rapid growth over the last 2 decades and has churned residents at a rate that creates an interesting dynamic now:  there are so many non-native Nashvillians in Nashville now that many people do not live around those old built-in social circles, which allows them to value 1.

Have any of you found any diffusers or other form of deodorizers to be particularly effective in your STRs that aren’t overpowering or otherwise like a nuclear odor bomb going off like those gyro style twist and open air fresheners?

Talking to the residential LO for commercial financing is like walking onto a vanilla Ford car dealership for an 18 wheeler, or talking to the solar panel salesman for a nuclear power plant you want to build.

Not a single nuclear power plant would exist without government stepping in to insure them and manage the waste.

The only thing to really be concerned at right now is if it goes nuclear. 

is the nuclear reactor still located there?

Find a medium to smaller sized city/town with a refinery, nuclear power plant, papermill or other single big industry that requires lots of maintenance. 

Believe it or not I was installing a french drain system for a very wealthy Nuclear Physics Engineer here in the Bay.
