I'm new to the real estate scene and was wondering how to handle potential tenants who want to book months in advance?

I was flipping houses in the late 90's long before "the original house flipper" Armando Montelongo came on the scene in the mid - 2000's. 

I'm new to real estate scene and have just been listening in on BP podcasts.

Being fairly new to the REI scene, I don't have many connects yet but I am in the process of attending meetups and looking to network with investors/agents/PMLs in hopes of forming a team. 

I am fairly new to the REI scene so not only do I not have the funds to straight up buy the property, but I also don't have much experience.

The Code guy shows up with a Code lady like this is an auto accident and they got to have six cops on the scene.
