I have seen "roofing contractors" who sub work to a guy who subs work to a guy who subs work to the actual install crew.

They are willing to finance this opportunity for me and I need your guys/girls opinion of the legitimacy.

I would pass, just too many things to go wrong...I mean sure he could be a wonderful guy, but what about his friends and aquaintances?

What is nice is that we invest as a club.

It has shown nice equity growth although the cash flow is relatively low.

Please stop asking us for "the best" zip codes to invest in.Detroit has around 183 Residential Neighborhoods - wouldn't it be nice if "some property mangagement company" Classified them all as A, B, C, or D on an interactive map that real estate investors could use to make better decisions?
