Some will mount them on the roof of a retail building and others have a post with satellite on the corner of the building that runs to the tower.We had one before my client was looking at.

The 50A breaker on 8ga wire is surprising, and from my experience incorrect. 8ga wire should be protected by no more than a 40A breaker (unless dealing with certain loads like motors... but that doesn’t apply).

I will probably hire out for that work as I have minimal exp with siding and none with stucco but can learn.The AC handler was replaced last year and the condensing unit motor as well.

The two other methods I am aware of are installing a motorized main damper to direct flow to the area calling for it and hydronic boilers driving several remote air handlers.
