Not all agents, but def mass majority I'd say over 90%.If buyer's have to put the agent fees out of pocket, good luck getting any entry level homebuyer in all the way up to bottom 97% of america.

Those wealthy families are not usually booking trips the same way and on the same platforms as the mass vacationers.Much like amenities and pricing, marketing should start with asking "what are my competitors doing?"

kudos to you for starting your Stay healthy journey.As many have already repliedsleep, movement (your cycling), weight training (muscle mass decreases a you age) , keep challenging your mind, maintain your social circle, diet - loose sugar and processed food.If you do the above you are way ahead of most folks. 

Wicker park and Logan Square have reached a critical mass, and Avondale is on the way there, so Hermosa and Belmont Craigin are getting popular.

I can't ask her to pay upfront in Mass, but at least the money will be on her account.

We mass analyze the entire market here simultaneously and there are dozens of properties that would produce that type of income for less than $700K. 

I want to avoid sending mailers to the masses, and would rather have a targeted mailer.

Remember on a flip, it is not what you like but what the buyer pool likes . . . made those mistakes early on and you learn that you do what the masses will want.
