These things may seem miner to most investors, but they have HUGE effects on predicting what our finished flips will sell for and how long it will last on the market.That is why we absolutely do not rely on out of the box Comp generating packages.Unless someone experienced has been there looking at the property IN PERSON as an experienced flipper would, I simply do not trust the comp!
