I had 2 or 3 called.Now again keep in mind I had zero interest in holding these as rentals and I ONLY bought homes that had significant equity for me.. mainly all pre foreclosures..

They do so against my professional advice, but if their CPAs are satisfied, that’s all I need to know!

This is more of a reach goal for me since I am still in my "collect 4 green houses before trading up to a red hotel" stage, but I thought I would ask the hive mind anyways.

How I would go about it is bring a deal to someone ( a friend or colleague) that I knew had money, offer them the terms I have in mind and continue until I find one.

These communities also feature amenities which make them appealing to Disney families, such as club houses with pools,restaurants, lazy rivers etc.The area is indeed saturated, but keep in mind it is also the most visited vacation destination in the U.S.

If you are willing to move keep in mind you have a life to live.

Alternatively, put it on the market and give the tenants notice keeping in mind that showing times will have to be done with 24 hours' notice to the tenants.
