It's scheduled during my 40th birthday so it could be a fun way to mark a milestone.

There will be more milestones ahead I'm sure.

This is our highest ranking to date . . . very cool milestone, considering the number of shows we're competing against.

Set up a series of Milestones (measurable) that are financially based within that time period.  

make it happen for you know the property will sell and you will be able to pay off the loandon't let your head get in the way of making your property sell or getting your property completedat the time it may seem like a huge milestone but in reality it is a short term problemyou got thisenjoy

I also enjoyed hearing success stories from others who have achieved significant milestones and touring 3 apartment communities owned by Brad's students.In addition to Brad's group, I also recommend looking into Think Multifamily.

Also my current profession is in commercial Cx so i am accustomed to working with contractors, defining scope of work, Cx milestones, etc. 

@James Flores Would love if you came to one of our meet ups we have a lot of BP members come to talk and connect on mile stones just like yours.

Maybe offer to pay them more when it sells compared to paying them at different milestones.
