If you really want to save a few bucks, you can also use Mint.com but it doesn't have all the features of Quickbooks.

Otherwise, guests will try to sneak people in to save a few bucks. 

Pay to run a camera in the sewer lines during your inspection because a few hundred bucks lost is better than $5-10k lost.Also, keep some money in cash reserves.

@Phi Tran if the borrower pays until maturity the note holder will never see appreciation of the asset.

Sometimes it is better to pay more for quick, quality work then trying to save a few bucks.

@Srinath Gopinathan in my experience your generic lawyer is too risk-adverse and or trying to make a buck by overcomplicating a situation. 

I recoup my insurance i front and my fee.. the fee is all in points and interest there is no monthly payment is all on accrual.. this allows this client to do 3 to 5 deals a month with me. this was a good one they are not all 50k profits but most are 15 to 35k each all with ZERO money out other than EMD which is negligable like 500.00 bucks and utls.. this is how you use a capital partner to scale.. 

We personally always stay at a Disney resort due to the simplicity of the Disney transportation system and park hoping.That said there are many people that want to save a buck or stay in a bigger place so that all their family and friends can be with them.
