@Travis Gutting, the fact of the matter is: $100k in today's market is by and large going to land you in a "rough part of town", a MAJOR renovation, or into rural areas.Granted, I don't know every market, but Cincinnati (my market) and Louisville are not too dissimilar.  

I own RE in the area and I can say its all a matter of what area you invest in.

People in 2021 were angry about 30 offers on a property.Does matter when it is, people think its more difficult than it is.

If you were comparing RE/MAX Broker A to RE/MAX Broker B, then I would say it probably doesn't matter.

The sorry fact of the matter is, the chance of real estate operators or investors coming into the business to day making what I have is slim and none.
