After about a month of no response on FF I switched my method to LTR.

For those that rely on traditional methods and personal experience, I can understand this perspective.

@Ramada Evans yes that is all on you....you can go directly on airbnb/vrbo and do a search by the enemy method for houses that are similar to yours in size and bedroom/bathroom. 

I would like to do the BRRRR method.

If that is your intention the slow flip method is not for you.

Some of it is due to his questionable methods of getting reviews on Bigger Pockets.

Some investors rely on the BRRRR method to keep their capital working, but in a high-rate market, a short-term strategy like flipping a property could also provide a quick cash injection to maintain growth.
