Hello, It's Yusuke from Chicago.I heard that UWM is lending a HELOC not only on a primary residential but on an investment property.I own a rental property and would like to take a HELOC on investment property.The problem is that they don't work with borrowers directly and have to be through mortgage/loan broker.Is someone working with UWM (United Wholesale Mortgage) ?

I have a decade of self management - all successful with some slight annoyances.Anyone have any strong reactions to this?

As a real estate agent, I work with a lot of investors and home owners in the south shore excited about this and looking to take advantage of it. 

If it does, the investor will have a learning experience of their own that they should listen to people having negative reviews.

But based on my personal experience you won't cash flow with a DSCR loan on a SFR rental.
