YOU did.You are just so incredibly stubborn you are not willing to listen to what anyone is telling you unless what they are telling you aligns with what you want to hear.

Hey all,I have been listening to Bigger Pockets content for maybe 4 years and finally have removed myself from some side hustles, have the capital, and grew the...brains to start real estate investing.QUICK BIO:I am based in New Jersey, I work as a marketing/efficiency consultant, and have 2 avenues of real estate investing:Short-Term Rentals: I have 3 short-term rentals using my parents apts in NJ ( 1 of them just launched in Nov) for the past 2yrs near NYC (1 of them just launched in mid-Nov).

This is my opinion and mine only - functional communication requires listening, truthfulness, transparency, and an easing of threats.

I've really enjoyed just reading through the forums and listening to books about individuals paths and successful and the challenging deals.I've got big goals so I'm going to do everything I can to get to 60 doors before the end of 2026 and the deals I'm going to get into are going to net me a minimum of $100 cash flow per unit.

But of course folks are going to listen to national guru think its legal every where and violate the law at their peril.
