The concept of "giving back" as, at the very least, a balm against the potential ethical wounds inflicted while making the money is one I've struggled with over the years, well outside the confines of just real estate.There is a long history of the wealthy donating substantial sums (in absolute terms, if not percentage) to help the less fortunate.

The floor bounces due to the fact the contractor cut corners on the LVL beams & water hydrostatically fills the crawl space & the after thought sump pump installed (after the floors were in) has a lip 4 inches above grade.

I have noticed that nearly everyone is generous with 'general' information:Use FHA financing, invest for cash flow, build connections, etc.However, many people are very tight lipped with specific information:Who is your broker in {metro area here}, who is the best property manager in {metro area here}, tell me your favorite zip codes, etc.
