As for which one of them to look at you're basically splitting hairs.

@Antonio Lulli First off I don't know who that is in your photo on your profile, hair color looks weird, anywho, Antonio and I were just having this conversation last week. 

You can assume I'm laser focused on this goal and can compromise and hustle. 

These areas are similar enough that I think you're splitting hairs.

Only making 5,000 dollars feels like a defeat but it made me realize that I need to develop a laser focus on what I hope to accomplish. 

If you are planning on holding down a 9-5, working as a sales agent, and investing you may find yourself pulling out your hair. 

You could sell the note on the open market but it would command a substantial hair cut.So there are really two answers/options.1.

many bare lots that make it to tax sale have hair on them.. as stated above.. easement from neighbors. some will say you cant landlock but that is not true its only true in certain circumstances.. you can defiantly land lock a parcel.
