Without clear direction, we lack clarity!

@Evan Polaski It took me at least a year of sourcing sponsors, finding investment group resources, analyzing opportunities, and understanding proper diligence; so, following a sponsor for a long time happens in the ordinary course of getting familiar with an investment strategy (particularly one that lacks control). 

So now I have a tenant complaining about the lack of service.Any one deal with this before?

You should only consider switching when your current software has a significant flaw or lacks features that force you to spend excessive time on workarounds.

That is not true, if you start too early and lack experience and then have a deal go bad, it can set you back 5 to 10 years.

But understand that I was a new investor and trusted them in taking care on a lot of these things because I knew my due diligence might be faulty because of my lack of experience.so I completely disagree to your points here on siding with them  I don’t agree with you, I could have just gone on redfin and bought a turnkey or asked an agent in Akron area to help me get one. 

Those rental numbers are going to return in the next two to three years given the lack of any new construction.

It’s probably wrong for us to laugh at people who lack some knowledge - but why would anyone invest in something they don’t even have a basic understanding of?  

If you’re okay with the lack of control, it could Be good for you.A benefit in addition to being passive is that you can invest in whatever markets you’d like.

The numbers I’ve been running look really promising from a short-term rental (STR) perspective, and the area seems to have favorable STR regulations—or at least a lack thereof.
