Usually you're going to have to invest some front-end money to survey it out and work with an engineer to figure out what's possible (generally the more lots the better) based on your existing access to infrastructure, the desirability of the area, zoning rules, etc.

Although certain defenses do exist including, insofar as is relevant here, unreasonable hardship, " 'the court's discretion to grant or deny specific performance of a contract for the sale of realty is not unlimited; unless the court finds that granting a decree of specific performance would be a drastic or harsh remedy, or work injustice, the court must direct specific performance' " (id., quoting 91 NY Jur 2d, Real Property Sales and Exchanges § 204).

They will put it in your bank account. at a higher price, Airbnb is mostly crickets and booking.com continues to bring in good traffic booking.com has been very smooth and the whole review mantra with Airbnb is almost non-existent yes somewhat complex to set up.
