I'm so exhausted and irritated at this and can't believe they want me to Video the inside of a my tenants property with all their personal belongings.Am I wrong in thinking this is a violation of some sort?

If the first deal falls through, or the seller gets irritated, or the price drops below yours, then you want to be the next call the seller makes.

I was irritated and let the mortgage guy know and that’s when he let slip that they do see the amount of the requested loan amount and could figure out from that what the appraisal needed to be.

You have very right to be irritated, they sound like a PITA....

That is common and it does irritate folks all the time but that is the legality of it.  

Wayne, maybe 4, 5, or 6 extensions is reasonable to you but when you're told every week that you will close the following week, you start getting a little irritated. 

However this one was kind of irritating.

It irritates a lot people, especially contractors, but it's often one of the only protections an investor has.

Mostly people not selling and some rather irritated about getting the letter and wondered how I got their information.
