Wow, this is a great feed!

The alure of real estate feeds off the idea that you own an asset (actually the bank does), that it pays you every month (like dividends) and provides security (that's not liquid) which I described earlier as an "illusion".

Also a good agent can set you up on a feed of what is coming on the market and what has sold. 

I wasn't surprised when I stumbled upon an article in my news feed this morning titled "Realtors 'Running out of Money'."

That said, I believe it'd be best to find a property within South Bay that will also feed our goals.We're aware that South Bay is notably pricier than most of the country. 

@Casey Hampton your local Housing Commissions should have websites that you can use to educate yourself.If you want someone to spoon-feed you, there are several S8 "gurus" that will charge you to basically summarize what you can learn on your own.
