Should I cancel the LLC entirely and just rely on umbrella insurance?

SW MN is hard to find Landlord Insurance, all local insurance companies say thy quote you landlord insurance, but they realy quote you general home owners insurance.

I know we generally talk about redlining in terms of access to mortgages and other financial instruments, but doesn't NAR have some policies around it too and how real estate agents operate around the topic?

Also, cash flow from the rental needs to cover your mortgage, insurance, and taxes.

We have a strict policy of not deleting posts. 

I'm also having issue with no onsite manager, but in regards to insurance. 

For example, Woodstock has policies that mandates that short-term rental owners rent to guests no more than 180 days per year and no more than 26 weekends per year.

Of course, I had to make additional assumptions about the cost of property taxes, insurance etc. 

There's also the fact that during Covid, Airbnb, going against hosts' cancellation policies, cancelled bookings and refunded any guest who said they had Covid, or their grandmother had Covid so they'd been exposed, or any other ridiculous excuse.
