I don’t consider things stated by an instructor in a class approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division, as “opinion”.

Before you select a mentor or a coach, teacher, instructor...look to how he conducts business, is he ethical, does he follow the rules of the road?

I just got licensed as an agent in MA and I was told by the instructor, that you must be licensed to be a PM in MA.

There is something about a class atmosphere with an experienced instructor.

No out of town guru, mentor, coach or instructor can tell you what is hot in your market, you have to identify that hot market. 

He is a Martial Arts Instructor and a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Those with thinner skin probably would think the same thing about a Drill Instructor in the military, I'm sure.
