I think that unless parents instill money management at a super early age, it's useless for them to try when they are teens.

But in all seriousness, if cost is the issue, I would look at the instillation numbers and decide.

Not to mention that the more "attractive/marketable" STRs will be closer to downtown than that.If you are interested in still finding an STR here in Nashville I'd love to help.

These are the types we will target owners that are retiring and wanting out of the rental gig but would love to have that money coming in still every month for their retirement.

I don't know about you but that doesn't instill much confidence in me that he can actually pay cash for my property.

As a father of twin 17 year-olds, I have been trying like heck to instill this in them. 

But, most likely Carolina Coast (Wilmington or Myrtle Beach), Charlotte, or Raleigh are the cities I see myself living in. Still
