One thing is that really bad tenants tend to "infect" other tenants. in other words, if you have a tenant that causes all sorts of trouble/drama/damage/police reports/noise, etc. they will usually spread this problem as there are some tenants that tend to behave in whatever way the general atmosphere of the building is.

Oh and we also had bed bugs cause one tenant had them and then infected the whole building...it cost 2K to treat the property. 

I confronted him and asked him why he didn’t remove all that infected drywall inside the closet and he said that his company doesn’t deal with air conditioners and didn’t want to be liable for messing up the ductwork etc.

It was more money than we had in reserveMy pets now sees the vet for slight infections, get premium pet food (I have a fat cat that is on prescription pet food that would not be cheap compared to human food).  

I also had a blood test and have a serious mold infection that is making me very ill.

Infect, it is FAR and I DO mean FAAAR more likely they are NOT motivated, then them being motivated. ).Just thought you should know!

Why do you think another "way more serious, way more lethal, Covid strain that infects EVERYBODY regardless of vaccination status" is now going around?

It is my understanding/interpretation from reading the order and the FAQ that the order only applies to a) long term leases and b) non-payment of rent and c) persons known to be infected.
