How do I wholesale my first deal

So a house near me just looked like they kicked some tenants out and boarded up the windows the house looks like it needs some work but I’m tied up on trying to get two other properties so I can’t finance and hold long term what are my first steps to trying to wholesale even if it doesn't work out I would like to get some traction trying to learn this part of the business

@Christopher Owens Find the owner (tax records) get in contact with them (skiptrace) and call and speak with them about selling the property. You put it under contract just like anything else, but instead of closing on it yourself you assign to another buyer who is looking for discounted real estate.
