I personally have been an investor in Chattanooga since 2021 and the market has shown tremendous growth and strength, and I'm super optimistic for the future.

I personally recommend checking Columbus OH - lots of job growth, population growth, and major companies moving and developing here.

Look for areas with lower property prices, strong rental demand, and steady job growth.

It's not easy, as I said we dance the razors edge of profit and loss and last few years it's not been very profitable despite sizable growth. 

We are doing really well, though, and have a lot of options for growth now.

Mississippi is pretty small not a lot but start with DR Horton, Lennar, etc. most companies are after large growth cities though. not sure about Jackson
