I did a quick Google search, and unfortunately it looks like the woman who started this thread (about 5 years ago), Ember Meadows, 34, of Galloway, OH, passed away on March 3, 2016 in a horrible car accident on the freeway.

It's disheartening and sad that they all give such a horrible representation to our industry.  

Horrible experience with this company.I ended up selling my property within 2 years. 

However, these "cheap" houses are where the majority of the bad experiences come from because usually for a house to be worth that cheap it is in horrible condition or it's in a location where many tenants do not pay rent.

Their support is horrible if you need anything beyond basic level support.

I feel horrible for all the folks who have been taken advantage of, including a local investor I know.Wow!
