I am excited to begin this journey, and I hope to meet others just beginning their journeys or those who have blazed a trail already.

For example, if one is looking to invest in a C neighborhood and looking for indicators that it could grow to a B neighborhood (or A hopefully).

My hope is I can gain their trust as a property manager and eventually be the one they turn to to sell later on or refer for business in the future.

I currently don’t own any properties but I hope to buy a duplex in the coming months.

The pet fee or deposit for the move in of 2 cats (you did charge one, I hope) should have just about covered the extra anyway.
