In my area it is common for landlords to pay for heat which promotes a lot of abuse with the system in that tenants keep the heat at unreasonably high temperatures and often open the windows in the dead of winter when it can be -20 out.

Im not otherwise concerned about it breaking since I have other ways to heat the home. also A/C is only a few years old.

Cold still kills more humans worldwide than heat, so global warming is good for humans.

They are being sued by multiple neighbors for neglect (a broken refrigerator being left broken for weeks, black mold that was in apartments upon move in for new tenants, no heat or air conditioning in units for MONTHS) I suppose Home365 didn’t have an address set up for their bills either, we were actually getting their trash removal bill in our mailbox.
