I usually use different nicknames as usernames, but I got this one because one Halloween as a kid I had forgotten my candy bag, so instead I stuffed everything I got into the pockets and nooks of the overcoat I was wearing (detective, natch).

I understand that they could move at anytime, but with a month to month, they could tell me on Halloween that they will be out at the end of November.

They get out there and they mow their lawns, they have the brick repointed when the mortar wears out, they get guys up on their roofs to replace their shingle, they get on the municipality to redo the sidewalks, and they resolutely hang out their decorations for Halloween and Christmas every year (look for dedicated efforts block-by-block during the holidays).

Like, I stole the sheet off her dog bed to dress up as a ghost for halloween.

Not sure about year round but you could make a killing around Halloween :)

But in their market, if a property is over $1 million and does not sell before halloween, they have to wait till after Super bowl.
