Redeveloping into mixed use live/work/play projects has been the most common proposed solution the past few years in my area.

For an extra charge, the cleaners may be willing to do with laundry at their home, although I did this once and had mixed results.

How many of those mixed households will be plunged into poverty with millions more relegated free and reduced lunch.
