Going to continue grilling a lot of meat, drinking coffee, and drinking beer.

But there was a small area near one of our buildings and we put up a nice little picnic area with a pergola, picnic bench, and grill.

If older than 5 years,  replace it.Create a removable durock or fire proof enclosure within the closet,  ad a vent grill.

I charge the same as a motel, but people get a kitchen, washer/dryer, their own bedroom, a living room, a yard, a deck with a grill, and the inside of a house that looks like Hugh Hefners mansion.

I have a nice charcoal grill.Easier to clean, I never run out of gas (renters are responsible for charcoal) I hate cleaning my gas grill at home, to many parts to disassemble.When your on vacation you have more time to relax and a charcoal grill just feels like vacation.Good thing I have spell check, I had charcoal spelled 3 different ways.
